Start small. Small limits actually stick.
1) Emotional limit (choose one)
I will pause before reacting when I feel triggered.
I will stop explaining myself to people committed to misunderstanding me.
I will not abandon my needs to keep the peace.
Before you set another goal, answer these:
What drained me last year that I refuse to repeat?
What do I need more of this year-rest, structure, support, or courage?
What is my warning sign that I’m overextending again?
January is when people start saying, “Set boundaries!”
And yes-boundaries are important. But for many of us, the word “boundary” feels like:

Mindset isn’t about being positive all the time. It’s about the lens you look through when: your plan gets interrupted
